Jack Morrison's ERacer

Jack lost his life on 31 July, 2011 in a tragic crash while performing a test flight on his new aircraft design......"X-Treme".

The ERacer community as well as the entire Canard aircraft sphere of builders and flyers have lost a great pioneer and gifted builder.  I always marvelled at Jacks projects because they always seemed like factory produced.

I am saddend to loose a friend and fellow lover of aviation.

This is a Video taken of Jack in his original ERacer at Rough River Fly-in

Below are pictures of Jack's original ERacer equipped with a Lycoming 0540.  This aircraft experienced an inflight fire which destroyed the aircraft after Jack expertly brought the plane down to a safe landing and safely egressed the aircraft.  This ERacer was a tribute to Jack excellent workmanship.

The pictures below are of Jack's unique aircraft design based on the ERacer called the "X-Treme".  Unfortunately Jack experienced a Stroke during his test flight which resulted in his death and the destruction of the aircraft.
