The below FS Diagram (takes a few seconds to load) is of the ERacer (King Version).  The Standard ERacer is the same except the instrument panel is at FS50 and the Seatback is at FS89. The King ERacer gives 4 more inches of leg room, 2 more inches of shoulder room, and moves the pilots aft toward the CG.

The ERacer design has been successfully flown with a number of engines to include the Lycoming 0320, 0360, 0540, 
Chevy V-6, V-8 and a Mazda rotary.
 
 
The Weights and speeds below are based on a "King" ERacer version equipped with a Lycoming  IO-360 engine turning a Hertzler 66" x 78" pitch 2 blade Prop.

I get a lot of questions about the cost of the ERacer...So here is my opinion on the matter.
 
Estimated cost of the ERacer basic airframe is $30,000.  This estimate could be higher but probably not lower given the varied parts and tools needed to complete a homebuilt aircraft.
 
Engine cost can vary from $10 - $50,000 depending on what type of engine you want to install.  My ERacer utilizes a  (zero-time) rebuilt Lycoming fuel injected     IO-360 engine that cost me about $25,000 in 2012.
 
To me that puts the 2014 average cost of an average ERacer at around $60,000
